• Only defective products purchased from our Site can be returned or exchanged within 128 days from the Product’s delivery date to the customer.

• If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the purchased Product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your Product. We reserve the right to test your allegedly defective Product/s.

• If the Product is deemed by our Technical Support NOT to be defective, our standard product warranty will apply.

• If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, PHilvi's standard product warranty guidelines will apply. PHilvi may impose corresponding fees.
